H.E. Dr. Nhek Dany is the Founder and Managing Director of Funan Consulting Co., Ltd., bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in consulting, auditing, financial management, and academia. As the driving force behind Funan Consulting, she provides strategic leadership and ensures the firm’s commitment to professionalism, client trust, and sustainable growth.
In her academic career, Dr. Dany has served as Deputy Director at the Institute for Development of Economy, where she lectured at MBA and BBA levels on International Economics, Corporate Finance, Managerial Economics, Auditing, and Financial & Cost Accounting. Through her teaching, she has shaped and inspired a generation of business professionals in Cambodia.

In the corporate sector, Dr. Dany has held senior roles as a Financial Executive across multiple companies within the Evergreen and Ream Groups, managing financial operations in industries ranging from apparel and manufacturing to real estate, trading, and hospitality. Her expertise spans financial reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory, supporting the long-term success of diverse enterprises.

Previously, she also served as Senior Auditor and Accountant at Angkor Certified Accountant (ACA), where she managed audits and tax services for international donors, NGOs, banks, and private companies. Her audit portfolio included projects funded by the World Bank, ADB, EU, and other international organizations, as well as major private-sector businesses in Cambodia.
